Causes of Primary Sarcopenia

2. WEIGHT GAIN FORMULA

This remedy is present in capsule form and includes ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), vidanga (Embelia ribes), haritaki (Terminali chebula), bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), amalaki (Emblica officinalis), saunf (Foeniculum vulgare), pippali (Piper longum) and jeerak (Cuminum cyminum).
