Anatomy of Spine

Our spine is normally divided into three parts including Upper back called the cervical, the thoracic known as middle back and lower back which is the lumbar region. The main function of the spine is protecting the spinal cord, balancing mobility as well as flexibility and also providing the body with stability. Along with that, the brain and spine make the central nervous system of the body. These nerves helped in balancing the spine and maintaining a good posture.
