Home Remedies for Frozen Shoulder
It is anti-inflammatory in nature that is why it is used for relieving the pain of shoulders. Massage peppermint oil on the shoulder is very helpful in preventing the frozen shoulder problem. It used to flavor various beverages and food.
2. Sesame Oil
This oil contains some phenolic compounds and these compounds and anti-inflammatory in nature. Thus helps relieves shoulder pain and stiffness. Heat the sesame oil for some time camphor can be added in oil for better results. Sesame oil is also used for cooking.
3. Coconut Oil
It is very helpful in reducing inflammation and pain because of its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Coconut oil can be directly applied to the back it will increase the blood supply in the back and reduce pain and swelling. For better results, camphor is also added in oil.
