1. Ginger

Steps to follow:

  • Add an inch of ginger in a cup of boiling water.
  • Simmer it for 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain and let it cool down.
  • Dip gauze in this solution and place it on the affected joints
  • Wrap the gauze around the affected joint.

Another step:

  • Add ginger in a cup of boiling water.
  • Strain and allow it to cool down.
  • Drink this tea daily.

2. Peppermint Leaves
