Herbs and Herbal Remedies for Chronic Rhinitis

Abstract

In the human body the head is the region which is the CONTROL UNIT of the body as it processes the information from different media. And it is equipped with a brain, eyes, nose and ear. These all are important sensory organs which help in perception of different sensations like vision, smell, and sound. These all are connected together for better and quick coordination. Ear, nose, and back of the throat are connected with the help of a canal which allows the air and soundwave flow through. This canal is known as the eustachian tube. It connects the inner ear to the back of the nose and also maintains the equilibrium of pressure for better transfer of sound waves. As these are interconnected if any discomfort or infection occurs to any organ (ear, nose and throat) it might transfer to another organ through the canal if kept untreated. These three organs: eyes, nose, ear are very sensitive and should be taken care of with ease. Any infection or virus causes inflammation in the lining and also causes dryness of the lining. Inner linings should be unctuous for proper functioning and health of these organs.
