1. Yogurt


The digestive tract contains a healthy amount of good bacteria. Yogurt is having “probiotics” that act as a life saver for the bacteria present in the digestive tract to make a healthy digestion. It also contains several nutrients like calcium, vitamin B-2, B-12, vitamin-D, magnesium and potassium, etc. The active cultures present in the yogurt help to deal with gastrointestinal conditions like constipation, diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, H.pyloric infection and colon cancer etc.

Directions for Use

  1. Have a small bowl of yogurt once daily.
  2. You can add seasonal fruits to the yogurt and have it.
  3. Grate some bottle gourd. Boil this for five minutes. Strain and add this bottle gourd to the yogurt. Add a little bit of salt, cumin powder, mint leaves and coriander leaves to it. Have a bowl of it.
  4. You can have a bowl of yogurt by adding some powdered jaggery to it.
  5. Make different flavor yogurts at home.You can make mango or strawberry yogurt by adding three-four pieces of mangoes or four-five strawberries in a blender. After that, put a bowl of yogurt and powdered jaggery to it. Have this delicious yogurt.

2. Avocado


Avocados are rich in fiber, magnesium, vitamin B and vitamin C etc.The fiber in it enables food to move faster through your intestines, absorbs water to prevent constipation and prevent the recurrence of inflammatory bowel disease. 3. Ginger

  1. Chew small pieces of ginger with a little salt in the morning.
  2. Make a ginger tea by taking a medium-sized ginger rhizome. Cut it into slices. Put it into two cups of water. Boil the water until it remains one cup. Strain the water. Add one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of lemon juice for flavor. Drink this tea once.

4. Apples
