1. Fenugreek

  1. Take one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water. Soak it overnight and drink this mixture on an empty stomach.
  2. You can take one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds powder with lukewarm water at bedtime.
  3. Include fenugreek leaves as a vegetable in your diet.

2. Turmeric


This herb contains curcumin that is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. The turmeric herb will help to relieve knee pain naturally.


  1.  Take one teaspoon of turmeric powder adds it in a glass of lukewarm water. Drink this mixture daily.
  2. Mix two tablespoons of turmeric powder, one pinch of limestone and two tablespoons of honey. Use this mixture on affected area of knee. Bandage it with a cotton cloth. Cover it overnight and wash it with lukewarm water in the morning.

  3. You can also massage your knees by adding one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and olive oil each. Massage your knee joint twice daily for effective results.

4. Ginger
