Diet for Diabetic Patient

7) Flaxseeds: It is rich in insoluble fiber that improves blood sugar level and decreases heart disease risk. Use this in powder form or eat a teaspoonful of these seeds with a glass of water.

8) Chia seeds: These seeds are rich in fiber and low in carbohydrates. Take one teaspoonful of these seeds and eat with a glass of water. The fiber in it reduces the high blood glucose level in the body.

9) Apple Cider Vinegar: The use of apple cider vinegar reduces the blood sugar level and improves insulin sensitivity. Take one teaspoonful of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water early in the morning on an empty stomach.
