Exercising is another way of losing anxiousness. While exercising your brain remains focused on what you are doing in the present times and endorphins, a chemical that releases from your brains making you full of enthusiasm and relaxes your mind. The exercise should not be an intensive one, just jogging, cycling, swimming or any other sport you love that has physical movements or a long morning walk for at least 20 minutes is enough. It makes you stressfree and teaches you to have patience and discipline.
