Mint:

Add some powder made by the dried leaves of mint and, 2 teaspoonfuls of lime juice, 1 teaspoonful of honey in a glass of water with some ice cubes, mix them well you can make this yummy drink 4 to 5 times a day and can continue with it for the next 20 to 30 days.

Ginger:

Ginger is having natural ingredients and chemicals in, it contains chemicals like shogaols and gingerols that can help up to gear up stomach contractions, helps to move food more quickly. The natural chemicals present in it, like (ginger)help to get rid of diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea.

Methods of Using:

Take some quantity of dried ginger powder, boil it in water, after boiling just take out the liquid and add a pinch of black pepper, 1 teaspoonful of honey and consume it twice a day for better digestion and getting rid of stomach problems.

Cinnamon:

Cinnamon is having several anti-oxidants like cinnamaldehyde, camphor, linalool, eugenol, all these elements in cinnamon helps to reduce gas trouble, cramping kind of ailments, stomach acidity, heartburn, and indigestion.

Methods of Using:

Boil some water, add 1 stick of cinnamon into it, and boil it to full degree (100), use this drink after cooling it at room temperature, 2 to 3 times a day for 15 days consistently. It is a very useful drink for stomach ailments.

Take 1 teaspoonful of baking soda, mix it with 1 teaspoonful of lime juice, add them to water, and use this mixture for 5 to 8 days, twice a day 1 hour after meals.

Cumin Seeds:

have many natural ingredients as it is anti-microbial in property, so it helps in reducing inflammation in the intestine, indigestion, excessive acids in the stomach, reducing gas, etc.

Add 2 teaspoonful of cumin powder to boiling water to make a drink; you can use this drink with green tea or as per your taste 1 hour after meals. It will be beneficial for the upset stomach; you can add 2 teaspoonfuls of cumin powder to a big bowl of curd or yogurt and can consume it. If it is taken on an empty stomach it can do wonders.
